Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs delays, weather conditions, and logistical issues on the part of the shipping vendor.
2.2 Shipping Vendor Responsibility: Nature Nest A.B. cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. All claims for late delivery, lost packages, or damaged goods must be directed to the shipping vendor handling your shipment, as they are responsible for the package once it leaves our facility.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Any additional duties, customs fees, or taxes required upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number provided by the shipping vendor. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the shipping vendor’s website. Please note that Nature Nest A.B. is not responsible for providing real-time updates on your shipment’s status. In case of any issues with tracking, you should contact the shipping vendor directly.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Any errors in the shipping address may result in delayed or failed delivery. If a package is returned to Nature Nest A.B. due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

6.1 Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping vendor as soon as possible. Nature Nest A.B. is not liable for any damage that occurs after the package has been handed over to the shipping vendor.
6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages: In the event of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping vendor to resolve the issue. Nature Nest A.B. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping vendor. Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be submitted directly to the shipping vendor.

7. International Shipping

For orders being shipped internationally, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Nature Nest A.B. is not liable for any delays caused by customs processes or for any additional charges that may be imposed by customs authorities.

8. Shipping Vendor Insurance

While Nature Nest A.B. takes great care in packaging and dispatching your order, any insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit is the responsibility of the shipping vendor. If you would like additional insurance for your shipment, please contact the shipping vendor directly to inquire about their insurance options.

9. Limitation of Liability

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping vendor, Nature Nest A.B. is no longer liable for any issues arising during the shipping process, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, theft, or damage. All claims related to shipping incidents must be filed directly with the shipping vendor, and Nature Nest A.B. will assist by providing relevant order and shipment information to support your claim.
